From building a Notion workspace from scratch to utilizing components you've already started, together we can build a complex Notion workspace for you and your team to get work done.
The goal for this 30-minute meeting over Zoom is to see if we'd be a good fit together. This call is risk-free, meaning no payment or contract is needed to schedule.
The goal for this phase is to discover the full structure and content of the full Notion workspace. I use the white-boarding tool, Miro for you to see exactly what's going into the work ahead.
This 2-week stage requires the collection of information and content from your team; the more complete our documentation, the better our work forward will be.
At the end of this phase, I will deliver the full map of the workspace with any and all stakeholders over a 60-minute meeting. I will also share the full price estimate as well as present any potential risks before we move forward.
Using the story map and all the assets we collected, I build my best suggestions of dashboards and components of the Notion workspace for you.
My background as both a graphic designer and a typography educator will ensure you always have a thoughtfully designed Notion workspace.
The initial delivery will be shared over a 30-60 minute meeting over Zoom with stakeholders, where we review the Notion Workspace together and answer any questions, but your team will be given the opportunity to test out the dashboards and components.
This phase is when I'll be available to answer questions as your team is testing out the workspace.
Questions can be submitted via email or Notion, and complex answers will be shared with screen recordings via Loom.
When ready to share with your team, I'm happy to walk your full team through the completed workspace.
